Nikhil has over 20 years of experience in reimagining the travel and aviation industry. He spearheaded innovation and technology at Jet Airways, and through multiple key launches helped Jet Airways become the industry leader in cutting-edge travel tech. He launched industry-first initiatives such as the online booking engine, web and kiosk check-in, paperless boarding and in-flight streaming which collectively revolutionised the airport experience every Indian has today. His work contributed to an estimated US$ 1 billion in revenue. In 2017, he was recognised by IATA for his leadership in transforming the global aviation industry.
